Egg Curry

Ingredients for 2 people-
Egg Curry
  1. Egg- 4
  2. Onion - 1/4 (diced)
  3. Garlic - 2 cloves
  4. Tomato purry - 1 tbsp
  5. Ginger paste - 1tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
  8. Cumin powder - 1tsp
  9. Coriander powder - 1tsp
  10. Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  11. Oil - 3-4 tbsp
  12. Cilantro (dhania) leaves- 1/2 small cup (chopped)
Directions - 
    Raw Eggs
  • Boil the eggs for 15-20 minutes in a big bowl.

  • Cool the Eggs and take the skin off.

  • Take the Oil in a Pan and fry the eggs.

To be grind-ed
  •  Take onions, garlic, ginger and tomato in a grinder and grind them.







  • In a same pan, add cumin seeds and let them crackle, and add the content of mixer jar to the pan.

  • Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder with cumin powder in a pan.

  •  Fry the content of pan, till all the water content evaporates and mixture starts leaving oil in a pan.

  • Add 1 glass of water and stir it.

  • Add fried Eggs to the boiling curry, and boil it for another 5 minutes.

Ready Egg Curry
  •   Serve it hot with tortilla or Jeera rice.
