Besanwali Bhindi

Ingredients - 

  1.  Ladyfinger (Bhindi) - 8-10
  2. Gram flour (Besan) - 4 tbsp
  3. Oil-  2 tbsp
  4. Onion - 1 medium (sliced)
  5. Cumin Seeds - 1tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Coriander (dhania)Powder -  1 1/2 tsp
  8. Turmeric (haldi)Powder - 1tsp
  9. Red Chilli Powder - 1tsp
  10. Aamchur Powder - 1/2 tsp
  11. Onion Seeds (kalounji) - 1/2 tsp

Directions - 



  • Take Oil in a pan, Add cumin powder, onion seeds and onion, saute till onion turns transparent and soft.
  • Add bhindi, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and toss it for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add gram flour and toss to mix. Cook stirring occasionally.
  • Serve it hot, with Chapati.
